Indy Eleven North offers a professional and affordable developmental environment for all levels of play––from entry level learning experiences to competitive travel, as well as the highest youth platforms in the country.

OUR PLAYER-FIRST PROVEN PROCESS

At the heart of our club is a simple belief:

1. ONBOARDING: START WITH CLARITY & FIT

We begin by understanding each player, both their current ability and long-term potential.

Initial Evaluation. A comprehensive assessment of technical skills, game understanding, and athletic ability.
Team Placement. Players are placed in an environment where they are challenged, supported, and able to succeed.
Clear Communication. Families receive transparent feedback on placement, expectations, and the development pathway.

2. EXCEPTIONAL TRAINING ENVIRONMENT

We provide a structured, high-quality environment designed to maximize player development.

Quality Coaching. Licensed, experienced coaches focused on teaching, development, and mentorship, not just results.
Proven Curriculum. A consistent, age-specific training model that builds skills progressively over time.

Development is continuous. We regularly assess players throughout the year and adjust to ensure every player is progressing.

Depth Charts. Objective tracking of player progress within teams.
Individual Action Plans. Personalized goals and feedback to guide each player's improvement.
The Goldilocks Component. We actively adjust placements to ensure every player is int he "just right" environment––not too easy, not too difficult.

Curriculum

Uniform approach throughout the club.

Indy Eleven North is built on the belief that successful soccer clubs have a clear philosophy of play for all teams at all ages, which aligns with the vision of the club and is representative of the surrounding community.

Our coaching staff implements training sessions according to a curriculum established by the Technical Director and the IXI North Technical Staff. All coaches are provided with daily training sessions following a yearly periodization. All of our teams implement the same systems and style of play.

Our fall and spring curriculum is executed in one-week and two-week blocks based on a set of tactical themes. The winter training has a stronger emphasis on individual technical development and creativity within a competitive futsal framework.
