ADMINISTRATOR

Position Summary: The Administrator plays a key role in fostering a positive experience for parents by ensuring that all administrative functions of the club are organized and communicated effectively. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and collaborates closely with the Leadership Team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Player Administration: Oversee player registrations with external associations and manage player transfers within the club.

• Team Administration: Handle rosters and team registrations for leagues and tournaments, while ensuring compliance with coach licensing and safety requirements.

• Accounts Receivable: Manage player invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Uniform Management: Coordinate the ordering process for team uniforms.

• Fundraising Support: Assist in tracking donations and fundraising contributions for various campaigns and programs.

• Professional Communication: Ensure courteous and professional communication with all stakeholders.

 
Work Hours and Schedule:

• Flexible schedule focused on project and task completion.

• 15-20 hours per week with room for growth.

 
Qualifications:

• Preferred college degree.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

• 1-3 years of administrative experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and tackle challenges.

• Proficiency with computers and adaptability to new software.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

 
Compensation: Based on qualifications/experience––scheduled reviews and pay increases.
